"That’s some pretty cool knitting.”

Lauren looked up to see the outline of a massive football player staring down at her, the sun glaring behind him.  Although with his size she wasn’t surprised he blocked out most of the sun.

“It’s cross stitch, not knitting,” she replied coolly.  One of Lauren Turner’s biggest pet peeves was when people called her sewing projects knitting.  Does it look like I have two big old hooks in my hands?  Would you put this stiff fabric around your neck?  Some days she just let it go…guess today isn’t someday.

“What’s it going to be?”

“A Christmas stocking.”

“Christmas?  This early?”

“It’s not something that can be finished in a few hours.  And I don’t always have time to work on it.”

“Oh.”

“Can I help you with something?”

“I was told you were one of the recruit’s parents.”

“Marcus Turner.  He’s a tight end from Lincoln West.”

“He’s a big tight end.”

“My husband was a lineman.  Stunted his gene pool with me so we ended up with a tight end that gets used more for blocking than anything else.”

“I’m Daniel Jefferson.”

Daniel extended his hand to her then sat down as she could finally make out his face.  Estimating his height at least six-seven, Lauren felt comfort with the man who didn’t need shoulder pads to be intimidating.  Her husband, Clark, had been a lineman with every inch of body required; strong arms and chest, thick frame of a body, and a spirit that was all about protection.  She’d always found safety amongst the trees of the offensive line.

Daniel’s face had the attractiveness of youth with his smooth, dark chocolate skin obstructed only by a shaggy, light beard, not long, just in need of lining up.  It was his eyes that held her.  They were dark brown verging on black and wasn’t that her Achilles heel?

“Nice to meet you.”

“I’ll be one of the captains next fall.  I’m pretty sure I’m assigned to taking you and your son around for a campus tour after practice.  They’re going to have him suit up and run a few drills so after that we’ll shower and show you around.”

Intellectually Lauren knew he meant him and the team, but when Daniel said we’ll shower she had an unnatural reaction.

“Is it just you or did your husband come along?”

“My husband passed a few years ago.  It’s just me and Marcus now.”

“I’m sorry to hear that.  I didn’t mean to…” Daniel fumbled and Lauren couldn’t help but feel sorry for him.

“How would you have known?  It’s not like I have a sign over my head that says widow woman.  Have fun at practice.  I’m used to being in the stands alone.”

Have fun at practice… Jesus, she was such a damn mom sometimes.  Lauren turned back to her sewing, accustomed to the solitude of the activity.  She’d started sewing when Marcus was younger as a way to separate from the team moms.

Blurb

For offensive lineman Daniel Jefferson, spring ball was enough of a hassle, but setting the stage for recruitment with some of the top high school juniors before they were swamped in the fall had been Arista University’s way of staying ahead of the curve. His charm and quiet command of situations had caused the coach to tap him to be a tour guide for a few years as he convinced nervous parents that their son’s could turn out as successful as he had.

Lauren Turner was anxious about returning to her alma mater, but when they asked her son to come for a visit he was so excited to check out the campus and work out with a college level program she couldn’t refuse the visit. As memories of her time on campus overwhelm her, the tour guide Daniel only brought back the desire she always found for the strong protective men that played the line.

When Daniel saw young looking Lauren, the last thing on his mind was their age difference. She didn’t fear the massive lineman and with a brush of the back of their hands, they both felt the electrical charge. But how could a woman old enough to be his mother ever see him as anything but a child?

There was a time when short stories were the norm.  You look at Edgar Allen Poe, Shirley Jackson and even Mark Twain.  All had their stories that when published were little more than a pamphlet or had to be put into a collection to be published.

With the ease of epublishing short stories are making a resurgence, even when people want more a story can be complete in a few thousand words.  Creating a full story arc and coming to a satisfying conclusion.  The reason people want more is because you've created, in a few words, characters people could connect to.

In my stories I give you a glimpse into on moment in a couples life.  These stories will more than likely never be put into print and that's okay.  Why?  Because print is expensive for not only the consumer, but the planet as well.  My stories are there to take you away for an afternoon or evening.  The nice part is you can read them even on a short flight or car ride and thanks to ereaders you wont be taking up anymore space in your bag than a small paperback.  When you power up that ereader you'll not only have my books to read, but you could have the whole Rebel Ink Press collection to choose from and still not take up any more space in your bag.  So whether you're reading me, discovering your identity with Lila Munro, falling into a classic sweet romance with Lee Ann Southeimer Murphy, or learning how to love more than one werewolf at once with J. L. Oiler your ereader will be there to satisfy your reading needs.  Don't have one yet...don't fret, Rebel Ink Press is here for you too.  Don't forget to enter our giveaway before you hop to the next author.

At Halloween we have the opportunity to be someone else.  Or at least dress that way.  Much like a writer who gets to become a character and do something they’d never do in real life.  Dressing like a naughty nurse, she-devil or catwoman can be fun for a few hours.  Just like reading a book can take you away to a place where making love to two people at once can be a fantasy that you’d probably never play out in real life.

Lets look at it from the Facebook realm.  You can give yourself any name and most people won’t know that your name is a combination of your favorite trashy novel heroes or the Queens of Henry the VIII or even a notorious slave owner.  You can live in Maine or New Zealand or Jacksonville, Florida even though you may live three doors down from me in the Twin Cities area.  Yes, I really do live in the Twin Cities.

You can lie about your age, sex, marital status, employer and every post can be your character not you.  But at what point is Halloween over?  When do you hang up the stethoscope, strip down and throw on your sweats?  When do you stop playing pretend?

Much like your naughty nurse there is a part of you there.  Maybe it’s the red hair you got from your mother’s side of the family or maybe it’s the fact that deep down you’re a Vikings fan.  You’ll have to determine what part of you you’ll allow the world to see.

I’m bad at lying, that doesn’t make me a better person than you, but it makes me a horrible actress and I find it hard to maintain my persona for more than a few hours.  Although I can have my characters fight on Facebook, my naughty writer persona has more of me than I expected.  I wanted Sammy to be the opposite of me, but I couldn’t.  Although Samantha Pleasant may be me without the censor button, there’s still a censor on her, because no matter what, Samantha is me.  She’ll never be a slut or a whore to anyone but her man.  She’ll write about lines I could never cross sexually, but deep down she has the soft gooey center that I always get made fun of for having.

In my first erotica short story, Summer School, Stacy ends up in bed in between Len and Harrison only to discover their love of her.  WTF, right?  My next book is Fall Sports that turns a student pleasuring his professor for a good grade only to have love happen in the end.  Who knew that taboo sexual experiences could lead to love?  Me, I guess.  The real me, not the naughty nurse me.  The one who’s marriage was based on a taboo that was crossed.  What can I say deep down I was raised on 80’s Rom Coms and even when three guys end up in the same bed with a girl I like to believe that deep down they care for her and it wasn’t just Halloween.

Today is the day that Summer School is back in session.  To celebrate I've got some bookmarks and some gift cards to get you ready for class.

Summer School is the first in a series that follows different couples over a year of school at Arista University.  The next in the series is Fall Sports, followed by Winter Break then Spring Recruit.

Stacy is waiting out the long weekend before summer school begins when she sees her booty call walking across the quad.  Remembering a conversation they'd had about him being stuck in summer school, too, Stacy realizes she's got an opportunity to make the weekend a lot more satisfying.

When she gets to Harrison's door, she learns his roommate, Len, is also in summer school. Harrison convinces Stacy that Len's dead to the world and won't hear them having sex.  Stacy wants to say no but Harrison's smooth talk and soft touches overwhelms Stacy's fear of being caught.

Lost in an orgasm, Stacy feels Len sliding up behind her and a day between the two roommates uncovers hidden feelings for Stacy both Len and Harrison had been trying to suppress.  By the end of the night, Stacy will learn more about her body, love and what can come when two men's only desire is to please her.

Please check out my Stories page to learn more about the next season on campus.

Lila Munro-Sammy interview Sept 24th

SP-In Private Pirouette you have “a stripper living under the guise of a studious book worm”…as a book worm yourself what’s your secret life?

LM-LOL…now if I told, it wouldn’t be a secret anymore now would it? ;) I know, I know. Inquiring minds want to know. Let’s see…some things few would know or wouldn’t guess about me. I enjoy a dying art, embroidery, and I quilt with my mom. I also like to dig in the dirt and grow stuff. Veggies, flowers, the standard fair. I completely enjoy being a stay home wife and enjoy very much pleasing my husband, when he’s home! Yes, he’s away playing Marine again! J And I cook. Comfort foods. You know chicken and dumplings, in the oven pot roast, all day soups…How many can I expect for dinner? I like to entertain as well, big parties. And I love to host the holidays—see cooking and entertaining above. J

SP-As a woman who loves a man in uniform tell the truth which is sexier Dress A’s or B’s, Deltas or Charlies and why?

LM-Oh golly, it’s by far a toss-up between my husband’s cammies and his dress blues. When he comes home in those cammies a bit sweaty from a hard day’s work, he’s been busy being a Marine and being an Alpha man all day, well…Then those blues. Who wouldn’t swoon and fall to their knees? All formal, all business. Dignified. For the evenings he’s all dressed up, the chest beating Alpha is replaced by the hand in the small of the back Alpha. And no one dares cross the line with his lady. ;) Equally sexy and both elicit heart palpitations.

SP-In Toy Box Tales a surprise comes wrapped in a cute pink bow.  I know it’s early but tell us a naughty gift that could get you going if it was bow wrapped under your tree at Christmas?

LM-Okay, corny and cliché…but, he’s been gone six years of the last nine…My husband, bow optional.

SP-You’ve got an active blog how have you been able to keep it hopping everyday and still find time to write your books?

LM-It’s not been easy I can tell you that much. I just wrote an article this morning for TRR’s blog talking about time management and such. I found out the hard way just how harmful not getting enough me time and rest can be. It’s so detrimental in so many ways. Your muse shuts up, your health goes south…not good for anyone involved. A little over a year ago one doctor’s visit changed my entire life to include my writing life. I live by a schedule these days. I have certain days of the week I go into my blogger dashboard and pre-post the next few days. And I know most writers will tell you they just let the muse roam and when the mood strikes they roll with it, and there are occasions I still do that, but for the most part, again, I’m on a schedule. I get up each morning with a list of things to accomplish that day and time slots allocated for each thing. Usually writing is penciled in for the entire afternoon after all my “promo” things or administrative mess is taken care of. I eat a healthy lunch, shut my phone off, ignore social media for the most part, and crawl around in my characters’ heads a while. That’s not to say I don’t listen to the muses when they speak at odd times, but I don’t obsess with it and get up at all hours of the night anymore to answer the call. I take notes and tell them in due time. I use my notepad on my phone a lot!

SP-You cover quite a few subgenres in Erotica and Erotic writing is there anything you won’t touch?

LM-If there’s a line I won’t cross I haven’t found it yet insofar as subject matter—there are a few aspects of the BDSM life that just squick me out a bit, so I avoid those—you know body fluids, blood—although if I overcome the squick, it’s fair game. When you said quite a few things I cover, you sure hit the nail square. I’ve talked deprivation, water games, electricity…I’ll take my characters pretty far and not just physically. They’re tested to the wall emotionally. As far as subgenres, I tried paranormal a couple of times and found it wasn’t my thing. I’m not good at it so I leave it alone. For the next few months my focus is on BDSM, ménage, and military characters. After that…who knows?

A little about you…What’s your favorite…

Adult beverage? Royal flush

Guilty pleasure? Purses

Sweet or salty? LOL…oh, you do tempt my naughty mind…both if found in the right contrast.

Reading or writing a book? Reading…Writing is my job (which I love and wouldn’t trade for anything), but reading is my escape.

Private Pirouette
Now Available

Piper McGee can smell a set up a mile away. She can smell a Marine even further. Born to a dual-enlisted couple who divorced before she was old enough to remember a single family holiday together and proceeded to redefine the very definition of family through several marriages and even more step-siblings, Piper has made it her life’s promise to herself to never become involved with one of the few and the proud. They’re among the most irresponsible people she knows, leaving destruction in their wake and broken hearts paving the way to their next duty station. And in her opinion, Alec Douglas is just another example, until he pries her heart open along with other parts of her, making her question everything she's ever let herself believe about honor, courage, and commitment.

What does a man do with six month’s down time and no warm body to share his bed? For Sergeant Alec Douglas, contemplating that question led him to fall prey to his two best friend’s plan to find him that very thing. They know Alec has yet to stay with any one person for more than a few dates. They also know a tragedy from his past created the problem and while that haunts him, making it nearly impossible for Alec to trust his heart to anyone, they also know he’s a sucker for a challenge. Will the enticement of a few thousand dollars riding on him breaking his own rule be just the thing to disrupt his cycle? Taking their bet might be profitable, but is winning the money they’ve dangled under Alec’s nose worth losing himself to the girl they’ve picked out for him?

In his quest to get her to say yes to his crazy proposal, he tracks her all over town only to discover the beautiful, long-legged blond isn’t the studious book worm he mistook her for. In fact, she's one of Jacksonville’s finest in the form of Orchid, exotic dancer. Her rejection only spurs him to make sure her dancing days are over and she only performs her private pirouette for him, and only him, for the rest of their lives if he has his way.

My first blog post I planned on introducing myself to you.  I planned on saying hi my name is Samantha but you can call me Sammy.  I chose this name because my first pet, a little kitty, was named Samantha and like all little kitties I like to be petted.  I wanted to share with you some sweet words and promise you that I’d fill your ereaders… and maybe some day your hands with books that will stimulate and arouse.

But as my page filled with new friends and fans alike I shared some of my passions.  I showed you pictures of people that have influenced characters and scenes.  Sparking that little part of me that likes to tell stories.  I tried to share a piece of me.

The response was a mixture of comments about the people in the shots to the actual shots themselves.  Photographic skill in lighting and angles were actually discussed while looking at a beautiful couple in an embrace.  People find safety through the of the autonomy of the internet had to bring morality and politics on to my page.

This escaladed to the point where it was brought up that black men were stealing white women and leaving black women alone.  Now, I have to say that being someone who’s been married for fifteen years to a seven foot Mandingo BUCK, this was a first for me.

Oh yes I’ve heard that races shouldn’t mix…blah blah…I’m bored…think of the children...blah…blah.  You’re mom’s just mad your dad slipped when he stickin’ in her ass and actually came in her snatch.  I’m sorry didn’t they tell you about your conception.  My bad.

The children…the poor innocent children.  My son’s an honor student, exceptional athlete (but then again he is black and we’re talking stereotypes now right), and never knew he was black until he went to school.  Before that my son was an ignorant son of bitch (yes I know I just called myself a bitch I’m well aware) that thought he was human.  WTF right?  Seriously.

So why was this comment a first.  Sit down my little naughty friends and let me tell you a tale.  Remember my dear ones we’re talking stereotypes.  Yes we all grew up with the warnings as little white girls that black men may come snatch us in the night.  It’s not really their fault, they can’t control themselves, you see, around us white women.  Much like a vampire or werewolf or some other beast that has a thirst that can only be satisfied by one thing.  A white girls pussy.  Because you see the white girls have the magical pussies with lollipops and glitter.  They come fully stocked with butt plugs and set of handcuffs.  Those poor, poor black women just don’t have a chance.  SERIOUSLY.

If you’re going to be ignorant at least get the stereotype right.  Black guys get STOLEN by white girls from black girls because we go down on them at least three times a day and black girls have a job and just don’t have the time.  I mean really.  That’s like people who try to commit suicide by taking eight regular strength Tylenols.  At least go for the PM so there’s actually a chance you might die.

Now you’ve met Sammy.  She likes black, yellow, orange, green and even white men.  Hell if Jessica Alba’s available she’d switch teams for a night. I wanted to be sweet.  I wanted to be a lady like my editor says I have to be.  But damn it.  My first book has double penetration and the one I have planned to be third has a girl filling every hole at once.  I’m fun at parties and will get you wet or hard.  Either way at the end of my books you’ll have looked into a relationship that shows love, in all its crazy shades, because gray is just one color on the spectrum and limits aren’t my thing.

SP-How is it writing with a partner?

CD-I think it’s different for every writer and I can tell you given the fact I write so fast and furious many wouldn’t enjoy my style. Benjamin Russell and I are different together. We feed off of each other’s writing and it’s pretty dynamic. Just sharing and learning has been incredible.

SP-Describe the importance of a collar in a D/s relationship?

CD-For any collared man or woman they’ll tell you that the moment it happened was powerful, akin to any wedding vow. I honestly am amazed at my own feelings in thinking about the concept alone. It’s truly the number one aspect shared in a D/s relationship and there are few words to describe the emotions evoked for so many who actually enter into this.

SP-On Becoming His is an emotional growth story when becoming a submissive what do you think is the hardest part?

CD-I think there are several – first is simply acknowledging and when you do that then the internal questions begin – who could I trust so much, how could I do this, am I strong enough, do I really want this, what is he doesn’t love me enough?  God, for me if I would do this, I would say incredible the mere thoughts about the man and his importance in my life. You have to understand this is so powerful that you literally become the person you’ve always known and one you longed to be FINALLY.

SP-You have a story told from your golden retriever’s eyes.  If your baby could talk what would you give him a treat to keep quiet about?

CD-Oh nothing – my child is my soul and my eyes. He is the way to my heart and he’s the telling of the woman inside and you know what? I’m happy with that.

SP-Define the difference between maintenance and punishment spankings.

CD-Maintenance is more of the type where the spankings are given on a regular basis – whether noted on the calendar or the couple simply knows it’s going to happen regularly. The woman (usually in the domestic discipline situations) actually craves the regular moment when she can be absolved in a way of her sins. Punishment is exactly what you imagine – she’s broke a rule and will receive usually harsher punishment.

A little about you…What’s your favorite…

Adult beverage? Cabernet

Guilty pleasure? Every kind of cheese and men

Sweet or salty? Spicy

Reading or writing a book? Writing always

Love or Lust? Sorry – both but for different reasons

There is something about a brother.  No, although I do love the darker shades in a man, I’m talking about J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood.  For those who love these vamps you know what I’m talking about.  They aren’t the whining…oh I’m a monster type vampire.  They don’t bemoan their position in life.  They are men in the most powerful form.  The have a scent that lingers on their mate’s skin that sends others running for the hills for fear on crossing their turf.

When they find the woman they want the word mine shakes them to their core.  Moving into their very being.  They discover that they have a huge need to possess this person body and soul.

My husband has already learned that in late March I go into a cocoon grasping tightly to my book or now Kindle as I fall into the world of over protective vampires that will do anything to care and nurture their females.  But they don’t push.  The women, as much as it infuriates them, must make the choice willingly.

Now this isn’t to say that they are all humans that need to chose to no longer be “alive”.  No, many are vampires themselves with their own lives and life spans.  They have to make the same choices that we all do in our life.  As I leave the cocoon looking for my man like a bear waking from hibernation he tries not die as I go into only five-guys-in-a-cabin-could-satisfy-me-mode.  It does make me wonder do I have some blood lust and that’s why these vampires appeal to me or is it something else?

Great story and writing aside what is it about these characters that makes me pop into the chat room in hopes that the author has gone into character mode and posted as one of them.  What makes me shiver at the thought of Zsadist staring at me with an icy cold glare knowing full well he could snap my neck or make me cum within three strokes of his tongue against my flesh?  What makes me want Viscous  to tell me even though I’m aching to climax that I can’t and think I’d actually be able to stop because he said I wasn’t allowed?  And finally what makes me want to crawl into bed with Rhage to comfort him after he’s turned into the beast that he carries on his soul for punishment but allows him to keep the woman he loves around. For only she can sedate the beast with just her voice.

My first short story, Summer School, will be out October 17th from Rebel Ink Press and it’s dedicated to Cassandre Dayne because I was just testing the waters trying to improve my sex scenes and she pushed and supported me into submitting it as a stand alone book.  First, this shocked me, because I’d never written a ménage scene.  To receive praise from someone that can write a sex scene with more depth and feeling than most authors and be told it was good enough to sell is a high honor.

In Summer School I explore multiple partners where both men have their own agenda with the girl, but both want to keep her safe and make her the focal point of the experience.  Now at this point you’re trying to figure out how my rambling political science fast talking mouth is going to tie together Cassandre Dayne, overly protective vampires and multiple partners…well actually tying them together isn’t all that shocking.

This week I’m going to have Cassandre Dayne answering questions about her series On Becoming His and the D/s lifestyle.  The book is about a woman coming into her own as a submissive (see my vamps now).  This not the first D/s book I’ve read, but it’s the first one that ever affected me.  The main character’s voice made me reexamine some things in my life, but I’m not going down to the Smitten Kitten and Home Depot to pick up supplies.  Much like when I was a child I didn’t start a candy empire because I wanted a chocolate room after I read Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.  Although I did learn how to make candies as I got older.

Luke, a possessive, yet patient man is the Dom in this book.  Just as Jessie he discovers his own growth as promised by the author in later books.  Much like my vamps Luke’s only end goal is caring for Jessie in the way she wants and ultimately needs despite the fact that she unsure how to meet her needs.  In the BDB series the vampires feed their women by hand to show their care of her well-being.  Unlike in other BDSM and D/s books where the Dom will say the woman must be shaven, not drink this, work out so she’s in the right form for the Dom etc, we find Luke who cares deeply for Jessie’s well being, but shows it more in the way my vampires do.  Nurturing her while still being in control.

Now like a Seinfeld episode I have to come full circle.  I’m drawn to men have a strong sense of self that protect and command me.  Does this mean I’m going to step feet first into a D/s relationship.  No.  Much like my interest in a ménage had me processing my thoughts in “Summer School” (again I was a poli sci major it takes me a little bit to show the connections but they are there) books can be transformative and not just self-help ones.  The BDB books are fantasy.  There isn’t a Caldwell, NY or there isn’t a secret society of vampires protecting their race…or is there?  But Luke and Jessie live in the real world where I do.  They have struggles and triumphs; and they enthrall me to the point of wonder.

Cassandre asked me why I wanted to give this story so many places on this and my other persona’s blog.  It’s simple.  When I find something that excites, stimulates or intrigues me I want to share it with my friends and the world.  Although if I do chose to go further into the D/s life initially at least it’ll be my secret, but the exploration of it can’t be.  I’ve been told having the desire isn’t the problem suppressing it is and sometimes the acts can be.

SP-In Demon Mine you bring back one of the forgotten women in the Bible did you do a lot of research on the history of Lilith?

NP-Yes, I did quite a bit of research when I decided to go with Lilith and I worked it out to make her my own character.  I am quite pleased with the results.  I'm hoping everyone else will be too.

SP-Samael has to keep repeating the past, but does he try different methods each time to spark Lilianna’s memory?

NP-In following the rules set by the curse he can't until he comes up with a plan that won't have him going against one of the rules of the curse openly.  The plan he devises is one that will get her to remember but won't have him be the catalyst directly.

Blurb:

Samael is a fallen angel doomed to repeat his life and love for Lilianna Jackson over and over again.  That is until she finally remembers who she is and the reason for the curse that has befallen them both.  For you see, Lilianna was once Lilith the first wife of Adam and the lover of Samael.  Are they doomed to keep repeating the past?  Or will there be a new future for the reincarnated lovers?

SP-Demon Mine is your next release what can we look forward to after that one?

NP-Wow I have some many works in progress right now. Cauldron of Tales is a self publishing endeavor with four other writers (Sonia Hightower, Chacelyn Piece, Angelina Rain and Lorraine Nelson) and set to come out October 1, 2012 and it may just beat out Demon Mine as far as publishing date.  Working on a Christmas story for a Anthology call that came out, sequel for Demon Mine, sequel for Mocha Kisses (which was published 7-16-2012 and is an Interracial Erotic Cougar romance), and several other projects. I like to keep myself busy with a lot of stories so that I'm always busy.  I also have a book that is contracted with Keith Publications and in edits right now called Hot For The Teacher.  It was written with a friend by the name of Bella Rosso.  To date I have 20 plus works in progress.

SP-Mocha Kisses has earned a silver star on ARe even making it into the top 5 for interracial I caught one day how has that felt?

NP-That felt beyond fantastic. I wasn't sure how it would be received.  I love to write and that short wasn't the first contracted (the other is in edits).  I am so pleased with the reviews it's received and with that silver star.  Which by way I didn't even know what it was till I asked.  Lol.

A little about you…What’s your favorite…

Adult beverage? I love the mix drink called a Tom Collins. If made right it tastes like lemonade.  I love alcohol to sneak up on me.

Guilty pleasure?  Cheesecake.  My birthday is in a few days.  I just want a slice of NY style cheesecake.  Yum.  It's so decadent and creamy, almost sinful even.

Sweet or salty?  I like both actually and most times I want them together in some form.

Reading or writing a book?  I started out as a reader (I still read) and ended up a writer.  I just hope everyone enjoys what I put down.  So again, I can't choose it's both.

Love or Lust?  Both what is life without love and how can a relationship have passion if it doesn't have any lust?  Live life fully!

Please include a blurb for the story you want to promo and cover art in jpeg form and all links you want.

Mocha Kisses Blurb:

Two mocha lattes and a pact.
Though a decade apart in age and from different ethnic backgrounds, will their mutual love of books and addiction to mocha lattes make for one evening of pleasure or something more for geeky Ronan and Meredith?

Meri didn't think Ronan was serious about their agreement to spend time together if both were single by her thirty-fifth birthday. After all, he was still seeing that redhead when they made the pact.

Ronan worried Meri would think him too young for the kind of commitment he wanted from her. Can one chocolate-drenched encounter overcome all their obstacles and concerns?

Guess it’s time I introduce myself.  I’ve already had my first guest author and I plan on having many more to come.  I love having authors on and digging around to learn more about who they are.  So with out further a due my name is Samantha Pleasant and on this blog I plan to have naughty fun with friends.  That being said this is just an intro for what’s to come.

I chose this name because my first pet, a little kitty, was named Samantha and like all little kitties I like to be petted.  I wanted to share with you some sweet words and promise you that I’d fill your ereaders… and maybe some day your hands with books that will stimulate and arouse.

My plan right now is to once a week, give you my thoughts on what’s going on around the world and in my backyard.  I’m sure I’ll host giveaways and share a few of my favorite things…on the rare occasion I’ll pull you up right next to me and let you snuggle in.

That being said I’ve had something’s that lately have upset me.  I had a full on snarky blog written ready to explain exactly how wrong some people are.  Sarcasm flowed from my fingertips like water from the tap, but that would just give that person what they wanted.  A platform to continue to spew hate.  It would allow them to be able to share their misguided thoughts with those who think the same way and for that reason I saved my document then restarted my intro again.

It’s all about me this time.  I’m in the author spotlight today.  Sorry I won’t let anyone steal my moment in the sun.  This will be your time to ask questions and give suggestions.  I’m great at researching and trying to give you a full view of topic…coming up with topics, well that’s every bloggers hardest task.  Luckily a recent release by one of my author friends gave a great start.  In the coming weeks I’m going to be delving into the D/s world and hosting a few wonderful authors on the subject…I tell you more but dang it…this is about me.

Alright, in my books you’ll find love in various shades, combinations and scenarios.  My characters will allow you to see into them and hopefully you’ll feel that tug when you get the end of a book wanting more.  Don’t worry I’ll be here to provide it.  And by the end of my books you’ll have looked into a relationship that shows love, in all its crazy shades, because gray is just one color on the spectrum and limits aren’t my thing.

Here’s what’s in store for you for October.  Summer School.

Stacy is waiting out the long weekend before summer school begins when she sees her booty call walking across the quad.  Remembering a conversation they'd had about him being stuck in summer school too Stacy realizes she's got an opportunity to make the weekend a lot more satisfying.

When she gets to Harrison's door she learns his roommate Len is also in summer school. Harrison convinces Stacy that Len's dead to the world and won't hear them having sex.  Stacy wants to say no but Harrison's smooth talk and soft touches overwhelms Stacy's fear of being caught.

Lost in an orgasm Stacy feels Len sliding up behind her and a day between the two roommates uncovers hidden feelings that both Len and Harrison had been trying to suppress for the sexy Stacy.  By the end of the night Stacy will learn more about her body, love and what can come when two men's only desire is to please her.
